There are two forms of taking a tour with Sustainable Lands.

First, you can go to the offer page of our tours (here) and you will find a button that say “Book [name of the tour]” and clicking here you will be able to book a tour either directly with us or with our partners.

Second, if there is no tour programmed in our calendar for your dates, then you can write an Email to us and we will check the availability and prices to offer you a solution.

Since we have a city tours and hiking tour there are some recommendations for our tours.

City tours: our city tours last about 2.5 hours so it is always recommended to bring water, sun cream in summer or a hat, comfortable shoes and cloth according to the season, and an umbrella because in Germany you never know!

Hiking tours: regardless in which hiking tour are you participating it is always important in a hike to bring: water (1 litter minimum), snacks (something not to heavy), sun cream in summer and/or a hat, comfortable shoes and cloth according to the season (preferably hiking clothes) and a small bag to bring back the garbage 😉 always enjoying and taking care of Nature.

Yes! We are always happy to receive request for our tours if there are not in the calendar.

You can send an Email to info@sustainable-lands.com with:

  • Name of the tour
  • Number of adults
  • Number of children
  • Date and time

We will write you back with the options we could offer and the price.

A Freetour is a concept where people participate in a tour where there is not a set price. Nevertheless, they have to give a value (price) that they think it was worth and leave a tip of the amount of money they believe it deserve. Most of the people leave an average of 10€ per person but is up to you if you want to leave 50€ 😉 some people does it!

We have two kinds of workshops, on-site and on-line.

On-site: every time we have a new workshop, we will post an event with the date and place where our workshop is taking place. In this event there will be a button that say “Book [name of the workshop]”. By clicking in the button, you will be able to go to a form where you can make the inscription and payment (Some of our workshops are donation based, so there will only be a form). And that’s it! We will send you a confirmation of the inscription after that.

On-line: every time we have a new workshop for a group, we will post an event with the date when the workshop is taking place and through which platform but you could also ask for a private on-line workshop. In the group event there will be a button that say “Book [name of the workshop]”. By clicking in the button, you will be able to go to a form where you can make the inscription and payment (Some of our workshops are donation based, so there will only be a form). And that’s it! We will send you a confirmation of the inscription after that.

We work with private persons, schools, universities, city halls, garden clubs, community’s groups and different kind of social organizations. That is why we need to know some information about your request.

For us is important to know:

  • Name of the workshop
  • Number of people attending
  • Average age of the participants
  • City
  • Indoor, outdoor or on-line
  • Main purpose of the workshop
  • Budget (we only ask this because money should not exclude people for gaining knowledge or experiences)

We will write you back with the options we could offer and the price.

We are always happy to help in every step of being more sustainable, for that reason we offer consulting sessions. To make it more efficient for both sides we would like to know:

  • Which kind of project are you developing?
  • Where is this project taking place? (Global location and for example: Garden, school, house, etc.)
  • Which kind of help do you need?

We will contact you back and check the dates for a session.

You can always write to info@sustainable-lands.com and ask any further questions that you may have. We would love to get in contact with you =)
